PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with problems in a conventional method for preventing subsidence of ground by lining plates, wherein lining plates generally used are 1.5×3 m iron plates and laid in one layer or two layers according to the weakness of the ground, that procurement expense and installation expense started since the laying position of a lifting jack on a lining plate affects diffusion effect of load, while it should be considered when using, and procure a number of sheets of a lining plates for laying, and the construction heavy industrial machine for laying is also needed. SOLUTION: This mobile crane has a turnover preventing means comprising at least one freezing tube 2 projected form the back side of outrigger-floats 16a, 16b attached at a lower end of a lifting jack 15 of a mobile crane 1, and a cooling-medium tank for supplying a cooling medium for freezing the ground in a condition that the freezing tube is stuck in the ground.
