MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management device for an elevator capable of improving efficiency of maintenance and replacement work. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a limited service life part extracting means 2 storing life values of a plurality of maintenance parts and extracting the maintenance parts whose service periods reach the life values in order of importance, an elevator selecting means 3 selecting a plurality of the elevators based on a type of the maintenance part and the importance and dividing the elevators to be installed in a prescribed range out of the selected elevators into regional blocks, and a work schedule calculating means 4 calculating a work route in the regional block. Thus, a schedule can be set so that maintenance work can be implemented in accordance with the type of the maintenance part and the importance in the regional block. Accordingly a tool necessary for a particular day can be selected in advance to carry and the work can be carried out in order from the elevator whose objected maintenance part is of higher importance.
