PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing and feeding apparatus for a granulated dry ice which can easily feed a required amount of the granulated dry ice. SOLUTION: The dispensing and feeding apparatus for the granulated dry ice is provided with a hopper 21 which is provided with a discharge hole 25 in its bottom and in which the granulated dry ice can be stored, a vibrating device 22 for applying vibration to the granulated dry ice stored in the hopper 21, and a dam plate 28 which has a wider top face than the opening area of the discharge hole and is arranged to be opposite to the discharge hole 25 below it. The dam plate 28 is arranged to be opposite to the discharge hole 25 with a gap through which the dry ice can pass and is arranged in such a way that an angleθwhich the top face 28a of the dam plate 28 forms with a straight line connecting one end part 28b of the dam plate 28 with one end part 25a of the discharge hole 25 approximately coincides with an angle of repose for the granulated dry ice.
