PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double packaging box in which an absorbing characteristic against shock is superior, a packaging workability for a transported item packaged inside the box is also superior and its storage can be easily carried out. SOLUTION: This double packaging box 14 comprises an outer box 15, an inner box 16 arranged inside the outer box 15 to store a label printer device 7, and corner piece members 19 present between the inner box 16 and the outer box 15 so as to position set the inner box 16 against the inner surface 15a of the outer box and at the same time forming a space 17 made of a specified clearance between the inner surface 15a of the outer box 15 and the outer surface 16b of the inner box 16. The corner piece members 19 are fixed to the four corners of a flat plate member 18a of a flat plate-like sheet member 18 so as to cause some input corners 19a to be abutted against corners 16a of the inner box 16.
