PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consume no excessive power by stopping a wiper at an accommodation position and stopping power supply even when an ignition switch is turned off while a wiper switch is turned on. SOLUTION: When the ignition switch 2 is turned on, a power source ON signal is outputted from a controller circuit 4 to output a power source voltage from a power source voltage feed circuit 6. The power source voltage is fed to the controller circuit 4 to turn ON this controller circuit. When the ignition switch 2 is turned off while the wiper switch 7 is turned on, the controller circuit 4 confirms that the wiper is returned to an accommodation position and a production of the power source ON signal is stopped to turn off the power source voltage feed circuit 6.
