PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container producing no bad odor in which it has a heat accumulating function most suitable in a food container and the like. SOLUTION: This food container includes a heat accumulating material having a micro-capsule structure containing a latent heat accumulating agent in it through a shell formed by acrylic resin. Either a part of or all the surfaces of a food container is formed with a coating film by the heat accumulative resin compound held by a binder resin component. The heat accumulative resin compound is immersed in the food container. Or, an entire container is formed by the aforesaid heat accumulative resin compound, or a surface layer acting as the outer-most layer composed of a plurality of raw materials is formed by the heat accumulative resin compound, thereby at least a part of the surface of the food container is formed with a heat accumulative resin surface.
