PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a seat smart, and to improve outer appearance by hiding a rear part both side edges of the seat by a grab rail. SOLUTION: The grab rail 29 rising by detouring a rear part of the seat 34 is integrally installed on a rear part of right and left frames 14. The rear part of the seat 34 is supported by right and left inwardly projecting portion 31 of the grab rail 29, and an installing portion of the grab rail 29 to a grab rail stay 41 is arranged at a place lower than the right and left inwardly projecting portion 31 of the grab rail 29.
