PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate and a method for making the same in which a warming-free process and further one-pass coating are enabled without lowering printing performance to enhance production efficiency. SOLUTION: In the planographic printing plate having at least an undercoat layer, a silver halide emulsion layer and a physical developing nuclei layer in order on a support, a dialdehyde compound having an active methylene group in theα-position is contained and a compound having at least one primary amino group per molecule (but a polymer is excluded) is also contained.
