PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poison bait for cockroaches that can immediately and powerfully kill them. SOLUTION: The cockroach poison bait includes at least of a combination of propoxur and boric acid as insecticidal components. In this case, the propoxur and the boric acid preferably are not mixed each other. The poison bait can kill cockroaches more promptly than when the propoxur and boric acid are used singly. Particularly, boric acid usually act on cockroach slowly but propoxur has the action to increase insecticidal speed and power. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
