PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow of water and hot water by mistake by forgetting to close a water cut-off valve when performing maintenance of a strainer equipped in a stop cock. SOLUTION: This stop cock device has an inflow port and an outflow port arranged in a body, the water cut-off valve for opening-closing a passage of the inflow port, a spindle having the water cut-off valve arranged on the tip, and advancing-retreating in the shaft direction by threadedly engaging with the body, a strainer coaxial with the spindle, and arranged on the periphery, and a strainer cap for threadedly engaging with a body front opening part, and is constituted so as to freely attach-detach a plate piece by interlocking with an advance-retreat of the spindle.
