PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension structure of a vehicle, possible to be lightened, possible to intend a cost reduction, and possible to give a comfortable ride. SOLUTION: An air spring 4 and a leaf spring 5 are both used in this suspension structure, and the both longitudinal end parts of the leaf spring 5 are pivoted by the horizontal pins 9, 12 of brackets 8, 11 attached to the chassis frame 1 side through spring eyes 5a, 5b. The leaf spring 5 is formed so as to have a climbing slope from its fixed part for an axle 2 toward the spring eye 5a in the front of a vehicle, and the leaf spring 5 is also formed so that a recessed part 5c and a projecting part 5d are formed on its part from the fixed part for the axle 2 toward a spring eye 5b in the back of the vehicle and its thickness becomes gradually smaller toward the spring eye 5b side.
