FIELD: electrical engineering; valve-type emf- feedback drives. SUBSTANCE: dc drive has thyristor rectifier, control system, smoothing reactor built around air-gap magnetic core, dc motor, and potentiometer; novelty is that its smoothing reactor is provided with newly introduced measuring and low-current compensating windings having equal turn number, their starting leads being interconnected and connected to second lead of smoothing-reactor power winding, finishing lead of measuring winding is connected to second lead of motor armature, and extreme leads of potentiometer are connected to first lead of motor armature and to compensating-winding finishing lead connected to third input of control system.
