摘要 FIELD: heat power industry, control over burners in boiler rooms, furnaces. SUBSTANCE: microcontroller facility for automatic control over burner has unit setting operation mode of loads, unit controlling loads, microcontroller connected over third line of third port to input of indication unit coming in the form of four indicators energized through resistor and coupled through zero, first and second lines of second port to first, second and third outputs of unit setting operation mode of loads that is realized in the form of three buttons energized through resistor, outputs of buttons being outputs of unit, and through fourth and fifth lines of third port coupled to first and second outputs of unit of amplification and conversion of signals of transducers which first input is connected to output of fuel flow rate transducer and output of air flow rate transducer is connected to second input of unit of amplification and conversion of signals of transducers. Microcontroller is connected over zero, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh line of zero port to first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth inputs of unit controlling loads correspondingly. First and second outputs of it are coupled over zero and first lines of first port to microcontroller connected through its third port to communication unit of computer of upper level. First line presents connection of output of microcontroller to input of this unit. Over zero line microcontroller is coupled with its input to first output of communication unit of computer of upper level. Facility is energized from unit of power supply and synchronization by connection of zero and phase of source to first and second inputs of given unit which output is connected over second line of third port to microcontroller. Microcontroller and other elements of facility are energized with constant voltage of unit of power supply and synchronization. Microcontroller, unit setting operation of loads, unit controlling loads are designed for realization of PDM control. EFFECT: increased efficiency of control over burner due to smooth change of rotational speed of loads, improved quality of control over burner, remote control included, and expanded functional potential of control system. 2 dwg
