PURPOSE: A system for calling a car using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) is provided to confirm a position of an empty car within a predetermined range, and to allocate a car which can arrive at the shortest time for a service user, thereby quickly moving the car to a position of the service user. CONSTITUTION: A car terminal(140) receives a service call, and delivers a response signal. A DSRC base station(130) transceives the service call and related information with the car terminal(140). A DSRC server(120) collects transmission information, and transmits service call information to the DSRC base station(130). A call server(111) confirms a position of a car in real time to store position information, and collects information on a service user if the service user is connected, then transmits call information to the DSRC server(120) in reference to the collected information on the service user relating to the car which can arrive at the shortest time.
