<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good sealing which is free from appearance defect of a sealing part and causing of puncture due to lack of a seal by uniformly heating the inner periphery of the end of a resin tube to be the sealing part of the resin tube. <P>SOLUTION: This device 9 heats the sealing part of the resin tube and is configured such that a nozzle 10 blows heated wind and it heats the end (an upper end 2c) of the resin tube 1 to be the clamped sealed part thereof. A method used for the same in which the nozzle 10 blows heated wind swirlingly in the radial direction is provided. The nozzle 10 is provided with a spiral groove 31 and/or a swirl groove 29 in the vicinity of an outlet 12 for blowing heated wind. This nozzle is the one for generating swirl in which heated wind is swirlingly blown from the outlet 12 in the radial direction through the spiral groove 31 and/or the swirl groove 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
