PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in an automobile providing convenience essential to our daily life and industrial activities but causing environmental issues such as noise and air pollution due to exhaust gas wherein an issue is raised of carcinogenicity due to diesel exhaust particulates, it is urgent to take measures against suspended particulate matters generated by diesel vehicles, and the present situation is that improvement is slow even though the administrative organizations are devising various measures and trying to prevent pollutions such as COx, noise and vibration. SOLUTION: An external combustion engine is used as a means for solving the problems on the basis of an opinion that the cause of present automobile pollution is in usage of internal combustion engines in automobiles. In an electric vehicle, the vehicle is moved by electrical energy generated by the external combustion engine and directly transmitting the electrical energy to a vehicle driving motor to solve COx and NOx generation issues presently viewed as a problem and also noise and vibration issues all at once.
