<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measurement device capable of measuring a voltage with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage measurement means 15 is provided with a low-pressure side resistor 16 and an initial step amplifier 7 in a signal processing circuit 6 connected to the low-pressure side resistor 16 in parallel. A high-pressure side resistor 3 and the low-pressure side resistor 16 are connected in series for constituting a voltage dividing circuit 12, and the voltage dividing circuit 12 is connected between a measurement point a1 to be measured and an grounded point a5, while a voltage between the measurement point a1 and the grounded point a5 divided by means of the voltage dividing circuit 12 is inputted to the initial step amplifier 7. The high-pressure side resistor 3 is arranged in the vicinity of the measurement point a1, while a voltage measurement means 15 including the low-pressure side resistor 16 is arranged in a position apart from the high-pressure side resistor 3. In the voltage measurement means 12, the low-pressure side resistor 16 is arranged for dividing a voltage generated between the measurement point a1 and the grounded point a5, and influence of a voltage V3 between the grounded point a4 and the grounded point a5 onto a voltage V1 between the measurement point a1 and the grounded point a5 is low even if potential of the grounded point a5 fluctuates, and consequently, precision of voltage measurement can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
