PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas passage and a solution flow passage capable of utilizing exhaust gas efficiently, so as to increase a recovered heat quantity and to compactify a size. SOLUTION: In this hot-water and chilled-water machine for feeding the high-temperature exhaust gas in order of an exhaust high-temperature regenerator GHX and an exhaust low-temperature regenerator GLX, an absorber A and an evaporator E are split into two respectively, the evaporator E split into a high-pressure side evaporator E2 and an E1 in order of introducing hot and cold water, the absorber A is split into an A2 used combinedly with the E2, and into a low-pressure side A1 used combinedly with the E1, the solution flow passage is constituted to guide an absorbing solution from the A1 to the GHX, to return the concentrated absorbing solution to the A1, to introduce an absorbing solution from the A2 to the GLX and/or a low-temperature regenerator GL and to return the concentrated absorbing solution to the A2, a high- temperature regenerator GH using fuel as a separate heat source is provided in the solution flow passage, and the absorbing solution from the GHX is introduced to be returned to the A1.
