PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and facilitate a production process by forming in a fin-less structure eliminating fins in a heat exchanger using tubes 20. SOLUTION: Tubes 20 having a peripheral wall bulged to continuously form pleats 22 at fine intervals are stored in a cylindrical body 10.
