PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the deflecting efficiency by preventing the blown-out air from passing through insertion holes formed on lateral wind direction changing boards for inserting fan guards, and to improve the assembling workability of the lateral wind direction changing boards to a main body. SOLUTION: The lateral wind direction changing board 12 is composed of a flat blade part 12a, a rotating shaft 12b projected from the blade part 12a near its upper end rear part and inserted into a bearing part of a fixing tool, and a connecting shaft 12d projected from a part near and upper end front part and connected to a rod, a plurality of insertion holes 12f through which piano wire-shaped fan guards are inserted, are formed on an extension line of a central line of the rotating shaft 12b, and a lateral width of the insertion hole 12f is reduced by preventing the interference of the insertion hole 12f and the fan guard when the lateral wind direction changing board 12 is rotated on the rotating shaft 12b. A set of several lateral wind direction changing boards 12 is mounted on the fixing tool, and the fixing tool is mounted on the main body, whereby the assembling workability can be improved.
