PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-manufacturing cost and inexpensively-supplied two- way valve in which the number of components is reduced and an assembling process is simplified. SOLUTION: A second valve element 4 for opening and closing a flow channel 25 formed in a first valve element 2 is energized by an energizing means 5 mounted between the second valve element 4 and an inner face of a valve case 1.
