PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple underground anchor which reduces displacement at the application of a relatively light load and facilitates execution of work. SOLUTION: This anchor, which is installed on a slope so as to support a stripe body such as a rope, is equipped with: an anchor body 3 having a base plate part 5 in which a coupling part 7 for the stripe body 2 is provided in an intermediate part, and fixed plate parts 6a and 6b which are integrated with both ends of the plate part 5 and in which pile body inserting holes 9 and 9 are arranged, respectively; and a plurality of pile bodies 4 which are driven into ground through the inserting holes 9 and 9 of the plates 6a and 6b.
