PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair straightener composition which has an excellent woolly hair-straightening force and excellent moisture resistance and does not damage the hair, and to provide a hair straightener. SOLUTION: This hair straightener composition is characterized by comprising a reducing agent, a surfactant, and an amino-modified silicone. A one-pack type hair straightener contains the hair straightener composition.
