PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair grower which can extend the growth period of the hair in the hair cycle. SOLUTION: An excellent hair growth period-extending effect is recognized in the extract of Panax ginsen C. A. Meyer, and this hair grower contains the extract as an active ingredient.
