PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fluid substance from being refilled into a used fluid substance storage container wherein the received fluid substance is consumed. SOLUTION: The fluid substance storage container 10 has a tube 10a, a side plate 10b fixed to one end of the tube 10a and a piston 10c movably fitted along an axial direction in the tube 10a, for receiving the fluid substance in a storage space 11 surrounded by the tube 10a, the side plate 10b and the piston 10c. The piston 10c is equipped with a one-way movement permit means 30 which permits the piston 10c to move toward the side plate 10b and limits the movement of the piston 10c in a direction away from the side plate 10b. Thus the movement of the piston 10c in the direction away from the side plate 10b which occurs when refilling the fluid substance can be regulated, thereby preventing the fluid substance from being refilled into the storage container 10.
