FLEXIBILITY AND DISPLACEMENT MEASURING SYSTEM FOR STRUCTURE BY USING IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A flexibility and displacement measuring system for a structure is provided to reliably measure a long term displacement of the structure by collecting image information about the structure using an image processing technique. CONSTITUTION: A flexibility and displacement measuring system includes a camera, which is integrally formed with a measuring notch mark bar or is separately provided with respect to the measuring notch mark bar in such a manner that the camera is easily exchanged. Image data collected by means of the camera is transmitted into a computer. By using image data transmitted into the computer, the number in the measuring notch mark bar, special letters, and codes are recognized so that a real displacement is measured. When an amount of image data is increased, an image processing A/D board is used for processing image data.
