PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting a tilt of a disk driver is provided to reduce the size of the disk driver and improve the accuracy of the disk driver by adjusting tangential skew without a structural change of the disk driver. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate(20) has a spindle motor for rotating a loaded disk. An upper plate(10) has a pickup combined with an upper part of the lower plate for reading data of the rotating disk. A hinge(12) combines one side of the upper plate with one side of the lower plate rotatively. An aligning screw(13) is joined with the other side of the lower plate in a state of supporting the other side of the upper plate in a width direction to adjust radial skew. A screw(14), which is a height adjusting member, is installed at the lower plate in a state of supporting the upper plate upward to adjust tangential skew.
