PURPOSE: A method and system for integrating a customer relationship management system and a geographic information system is provided to execute a multidimensional data analysis of a customer relationship management and execute a visual expression and analysis of customer information related to geographic information by integrating customer information for customer relationship management and geographic information. CONSTITUTION: At least one source database(350) includes registered client information. A meta data creation unit(200) creates meta data information having a user-defined form for extracting information necessary for supplying customer relationship management and geographic information from the source database(350). A meta data database(250) stores meta data information created by the meta data creation unit(200). A query sentence creation unit(120) creates a query sentence corresponded to a condition set by a user with respect to a selection entity of meta data information selected by the user. A report creation unit(130) reads client information data adapted to a query sentence being received from the query sentence creation unit(120) in the source database(350), and processes and displays the client information data as data of a report form. A geographic information request display unit(110) transmits a query sentence being received from the query sentence creation unit(120) to a geographic information server(300) capable of accessing a geographic information database, and processes and displays map information of a result entity being received from the geographic information server(300) as display data.
