PURPOSE: A device for performing an automatic voice dialing function is provided to automatically convert into a voice dial mode without pressing a button of a hands-free kit or a cellular phone while driving a car, and to make a call with a voice, thereby easily making the call while driving. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free connector(101-1) connects a cellular phone(101) with a hands-free kit(100). A voice recognizer(101-4) recognizes a voice of a user of the cellular phone(101). When the cellular phone(101) is connected to the hands-free kit(100) through the hands-free connector(101-1), a controller(101-8) converts the cellular phone(101) into an automatic voice dial mode, and controls a call connection with a number prestored by the voice recognized in the voice recognizer(101-4). If the cellular phone(101) is separated from the hands-free kit(100), the controller(101-8) outputs an alarm signal for indicating to connect the cellular phone(101) with the hands-free kit(100) by using an audio or a video signal.
