<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an activation time to stabilization of output signal from a vibrator for measurement in vibrating the vibrator and detecting physical quantities impressed to the vibrator based on the output signal obtained from the vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: The drive device of the vibrator 3A is provided with a self- oscillating circuit 8A. The self-oscillating circuit 8A comprises a driver 1 driving the vibrator 3A, an amplitude controller 7 controlling the gain of the driver 1, a current detector 6 detecting the current quantity of the self-oscillating circuit and a resistor 2 connected in series with the driver 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
