<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card for which a time required for certification is short and which has high safety, and its making device and its collating system. <P>SOLUTION: In an ID card 11 for personal identification accompanied with a photograph 12 of a holder's face, bivalent unidimensional information 13 formed based on the image identifying marks extracted from the photograph 12 of the face is displayed together with the photograph 12 of the face.
