<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to process a preamble in TLM words without receiving it actually. <P>SOLUTION: A navigation satellite receiver has a navigation data subframe for pattern matching held by a network client by utilizing a referential station accessible via a network. Or else, if communication cost per byte is expensive, a server carries out pattern matching. Navigation data held comprises orbital calendar information repeated at intervals of 30 seconds and complete satellite calendar information repeated at intervals of 12.5 minutes. Since a client can instantly recognize in what part of a navigation data sequence the received data is present, it is not necessary to wait for the preamble in the TLM (telemetry) words.
