PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece for a chromatographic measuring method with which the concentration of a substance to be inspected in a sample solution to be inspected can be quantitatively measured quickly and simply even when the volume of the sample solution to be inspected is fluctuated, and to provide a test piece for a chromatographic measuring method with which a concentration of a substance to be inspected in a sample solution to be inspected can be quantitatively measured without being influenced by a contaminant in the sample solution to be inspected. SOLUTION: The test piece for the chromatographic measuring method is formed in such a way that a water absorption pad part (i), a reception part (ii) for the sample solution to be inspected, a stationary phase (iii) formed in such a way that a first specific binding substance capable of being specifically bonded to the substance to be inspected in immobilized and a marker-complex reception part (iv) used to introduce a marker complex formed so as to have both a second specific binding substance capable of being specifically bonded to the substance to be inspected and the marker substance are formed on a water absorbent substance in this order. In the test piece for the chromatographic measuring method, a distance (a) between the part (i) and the part (ii), a distance (b) between the part (ii) and the stationary phase (iii) and a distance (c) between the stationary phase (iii) and the part (iv) satisfy b<a<b+c (where a, b and c>0).
