摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a tumor marker for lung cancer is quantitatively determined simply. SOLUTION: The quantitative determination method for the tumor marker in blood is used in such a way that a blood component is extracted from a blood carrier, and that the tumor marker for the lung cancer in the blood is quantitatively determined on the basis of the extracted blood component. The lung cancer is preferably a lung small cell carcinoma, a lung squamous cell carcinoma and/or a lung adenocarcinoma. The tunmor marker is preferably at least one tumor marker selected from a group composed of a nerve specific enolase (NSE), a gastrin discharge peptide precursor (ProGRP), a squamous cell carcinoma-related antigen (SCC), and a soluble cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA). The blood carrier is preferably formed in such a way that the blood is carried by an absorber formed by using a sheet of filter paper, and it is preferably formed in such a way that the blood is sampled from a fingertip.
