PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample gas collecting device capable of shortening a bubbling time and reducing mixed components. SOLUTION: This sample gas collecting device comprises an outer tank 21 for storing the sealing water 22, a floating roof 23 vertically movably accommodated in the sealing water 22 and having an opening at its lower part, a sample gas lead-in pipe 26 and a sample gas lead-out pipe 32 communicated to the inside of the floating roof 23, and a nozzle 30 for blowing out the bubbling gas into the sealing water 22. The bubbling gas is passed through a porous material 46 and blown out as fine bubbles by mounting the porous material 46 on a gas blowout port of the nozzle 30, and a surface area of the bubbling gas in the sealing water 22, that is, a contact area of the bubbling gas and the sealing water 22 is increased, which remarkably improves the efficiency in eliminating dissolved oxygen in the sealing water 22, and remarkably shorten the bubbling time.
