PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a product automatically, rapidly, efficiently and accurately without making a physical measuring jig. SOLUTION: Three-dimensional measured image data 30 of the product is compared and referred to first measuring jig CAD data 40 of three-dimensional CAD data of a measuring jig reflecting an upper limit crossing of the product, and second measuring jig CAD data 45 of three-dimensional CAD data of a measuring jig reflecting a lower limit crossing of the product.
