PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily, and strongly install and support an operation means, a control valve, a manifold, and the like. SOLUTION: A control box 6 is arranged in a front part of a turning base 2 in front of an operation seat 5. A pair of left and right frame side plates 13 are fixed to the turning base 2. An operation means 8 is arranged in an upper part on these left and right frame side plates 13, a control valve 9 is arranged in a midway part, and the manifold 10 is arranged between the operation means 8 and the control valve 9, respectively.
