PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll chamber partition structure of a continuous vertical heat treatment furnace in which the heat resistance is high, the weight is reduced as much as possible, and a partition is hardly deformed even when the temperature of a heating chamber is 900°C or higher by improving the structure of the partition to protect a roll from the heating chamber. SOLUTION: In the roll chamber partition structure of the continuous vertical heat treatment furnace in which the partition is installed on upper and lower parts of the heating chamber to form a roll chamber, and a steel strip is heated while being carried via the roll provided in the roll chamber, the circumference of a core rod formed of a ceramic tube is covered by a cushioning material formed of a ceramic tape, and further covered by a stainless steel pipe to form a support pipe, and a heat-proof stainless steel plate with a heat insulating material filled therein is installed on a frame body formed of the support pipe to form the partition of the roll chamber.
