PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional adhesive tape made of polyvinyl chloride, i.e., problem in workability since it is apt to be torn and hard to wind from lack in flexibility in the winter when temperature falls and problem in inability of incineration treatment after use because of generation of toxic gases on incineration; to solve the problem of the conventional, natural rubber-based adhesive that the tape tends to peel off when the surface of a heat insulating material is uneven; and to solve the problem of the tape which uses a polyolefin as a base material, which has been proposed to solve the above problems, i.e., problem that wrinkles are generated when the thickness of the base material is less than 60μm. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is formed with a sheet-shaped base material whose one surface is provided with release treatment and an adhesive layer laminated on the other surface of the base material. The base material is formed with a PO (polyolefin) based film having a 25% modulus of 15-40 N/mm<SP>2</SP>, and the adhesive layer is 150-500μm thick and a butyl rubber type adhesive.
