PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to achieve improved adhesive property, processing ability and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a blanking unit(32) for forming a coated aluminum plate into a cup shape; a deep drawing unit(34) and an ironing unit(36) for manufacturing the aluminum plate into a case; a washing unit(38) for washing the case by using ultrasonic waves; and a test unit(40) for testing the case. A method comprises a step of forming a case by baking an aluminum plate coated with a polyester resin; a step of washing the case by using ultrasonic waves; and a step of drying the case.
