APPARATUS FOR ARTIFICIAL INTRAUTERINE SEMINATION OF SWINE AND TRANSPLANTATION OF FERTILIZED EGG

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for artificial intrauterine semination of a swine and transplantation of fertilized egg using a resilient tube with a small diameter to pass a narrow part of the cervical canal. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes an injection tube(3) having a predetermined length and diameter and a connecting part(2) disposed at the front part of the tube(3). The connecting part(2) is firmly fitted in an expanded part of the cervical canal of a female swine to perform artificial semination. In the injection tube(3), a main body(10) of a transplantation device is disposed to reach a narrow part of the cervical canal by passing through the injection tube and to further proceed by pushing an inner tube without compulsion. The front end of the main body(10) is formed in a round shape(11) to prevent damage of the fold of the cervical canal and the epithelial cell of the uterus. The rear end of the main body(10) is connected to a vial or syringe(4) containing spermatic fluid. The rear part of the round end(11) has a plurality of holes to discharge spermatic fluid to prevent clogging by the cervical canal and epithelial cell of the uterus.
