PURPOSE: Provided is a non-point source contaminant purification apparatus of incipient rainfall overflow for preventing pollution of water area for public. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cylinder(100) with the top opened, a first and second compartments(120,120a) for dividing inside space of the cylinder(100) into a plurality of spaces, an oil-water separation zone(130) defined by the first compartment(120) for separating floated materials from rain flow, a lamella settling zone(170) provided between the inside surface of the cylinder(100) and the second compartment(120a) for settling foreign matters from the flow rate, a media filled basin(200) provided between the first compartment(120) and the second compartment(120a) for adsorbing the foreign matters in the rainfall overflow, a deleterious particles sieve(150) installed in the oil-water separation zone(130) for removing deleterious particles, an adsorbing cloth(160) installed at an upper portion of the oil-water separation zone(130) for adsorbing floating materials of rainfall overflow, a rainfall overflow inlet pipe(140) externally extending to the oil-water separation zone(130) through the lamella settling zone(170) and the media filled basin(200), a helical lamella(190) installed in the lamella settling zone(170), a decant water inlet pipe for guiding and introducing decant water of the settling zone(170) to the media filled basin(200), a discharge pipe for discharging rainfall overflow flowing over the oil-water separation zone(130), a final discharge pipe(210) extending from the media filled basin(200) to outside of the cylinder(100) for discharging purified water, and a lead(110,110a) for covering the top of the cylinder(100).
