FAR INFRARED RAY RADIATING FLOOR MATERIAL USING KAOLIN AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A floor material using kaolin and its preparation method are provided, wherein the floor material is applied on the concrete layer of floor to finish the construction and radiates the far infrared ray good for the human health. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pulverizing 30-40 wt% of kaolin to 300 mesh and drying it; pulverizing 10-20 wt% of activated pottery stone and drying it; drying 30 wt% of the sand with a size of 3 mm or less in a drying device; pulverizing 10 wt% of an inorganic solidifying agent and 5-10 wt% of alumina, respectively and mixing them; and injecting the pulverized kaolin, the pulverized activated pottery stone and the dried sand into a mixer, and injecting the mixture of the pulverized inorganic solidifying agent and the pulverized alumina into the mixer, and re-mixing the mixture for 30-40 min.
