<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly flexible current detecting circuit for an A/F sensor capable of adapting to the change to an A/F sensor of different characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The current detecting circuit of the A/F sensor is provided with an operational amplifier for creating a voltage to be impressed on the A/F sensor, a first resistor for measuring a current connected between the operational amplifier and the A/F sensor, second and third resistors serially connected to each other for dividing potential and connecting one end between the operational amplifier and the first resistor, a first output terminal provided between the operational amplifier and the first resistor, a second output terminal provided between the first resistor and the A/F sensor, and a third output terminal provided between the second and the third resistors for dividing potential.
