<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ECU inspection device which inspects not only the conductivity of an analog circuit included in an ECU but also the normality/ abnormality of a reactance component and a resistance component of the analog circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The ECU inspection device 2 inspects a CPU 6, an output port 14, and the ECU 4 with the analog circuit 10 having a capacitor C1 for connecting an output terminal 15 of the CPU 6 and the output port 14. A CPU 22 of the ECU 4 outputs a command signal to reverse the voltage of the output terminal 15 of the CPU 6 of the ECU 4 to the CPU 6. The ECU inspection device detects the voltage of the output port 14 of the ECU 4 at a prescribed timing within the period of time where the voltage of the output port 14 of the ECU 4 is transiently changed because of the reversal of the voltage of the output terminal 15 of the CPU 6 according to the command signal. If the detected voltage of the output port 14 of the ECU 4 is not in a prescribed voltage range, the voltage is determined to be abnormal. The prescribed voltage range is set between the minimum voltage and the maximum voltage possible for the normal ECU 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
