PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a centrifugal dehydration device to precisely suppress deviation of a center of gravity of a pallet at the time of rotation dehydration by adopting a centrifugal dehydration system rotating by holding a pair of corner parts on a diagonal line of the pallet as the centrifugal dehydration system and automatically corresponding to a shape change according to changes in aspect ratios of the size and rectangular shape of the pallet, and to expand flexibility for the changes of the size and shape of the pallet as the pallet centrifugal dehydration device. SOLUTION: This pallet dehydration device is provided with a pair of holding means 112 and 113 for holding each of the pair of corner parts on the diagonal line of the pallet 1, a rotates the pallet 1 by holding the one diagonal line of the pallet 1 to coincide with a rotary shaft by the holding means 112 and 113, and removes droplets adhering to the pallet 1. Each of the holding means 112 and 113 are constituted to be inclined according to abutting of two adjacent side parts across each of the corner parts, when the pair of corner parts of the pallet 1 are held by the holding means 112 and 113.
