PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device which certainly generates clicking sound at a specified revolving position. SOLUTION: A stroking member 50 is energized to the side of a second hinge member 30 by a coil spring 60. Spheres 71, 72 are provided on the second hinge member 30. Recessed parts 54, 55 are formed on the striking member 50. The spheres 71, 72 and the recessed parts 54, 55 converts energizing force of the coil spring 60 to revolution energizing force to revolve the stroking member 50 as each of one side parts of the spheres 71, 72 and each of one side parts of the recessed parts 54, 55 in the peripheral direction of the second hinge member 30 make contact with each other at the time when the second hinge member 30 revolves to a specified revolving position. A wide contact recessed part 23 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a first hinge member 20. A wide contact protruded part 52 to fit in the wide contact recessed part 23 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the first hinge member 20.
