PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building method for a medium-rise building of steel- framed concrete structure shortening a construction period and reducing a building cost without impairing comfortability and appearance. SOLUTION: In this building method for the medium-rise building of steel- framed concrete structure, steel-framed beam members 5 constituting a floor part 7 are integrally fixed to steel-framed main columns 2, and the story height is raised in regular succession while placing concrete 6 surrounding the main columns 2 and beam members 5. On the odd number floors excluding the first floor, the steel-framed beam members 1 constituting the floor part are movably mounted to the main columns 2, and concrete plates 3 are disposed on the beam members 1 to constitute a floor face 4 comprising the concrete plates 3.
