PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of occupants by preventing a side outer panel from being pushed into a room at a front-offset collision accident and to prevent an opening/closing function of a door from being affected by preventing a phenomenon that the entire door is hung into the interior when mounting. SOLUTION: This front-pillar panel assembly structure is constituted to reinforce rigidity of a side outer panel portion by adding a door upper mounting reinforcing bracket 16 which is brought to overlap and to be welded along the inside face of a door upper mounting panel to a side inner panel 11 and the side outer panel 12 welded so as to have a space for a box closing section, a side outer reinforcing panel 13, a door upper mounting panel 14 and an outer reinforcing bracket 15 welded at respective predetermined positions inside the space.
