PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a jam with sheet in the sheet carry-in part to a second intermediate stacking part. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a first intermediate stacking part 300B to make alignment by allowing the sheet edges in the transporting direction to run against a wall, an exhaust roller couple 330 to exhaust sheets from the first intermediate stacking part 300B, a second intermediate stacking part 300C to accept the carried-in sheets and support in a position downstream of the roller couple 330 about the transporting direction and furnished with a function to align the sheet ends in the width direction perpendicular to the sheet transporting direction, a sheet stacking part 325 located below in the gravitational direction of the second intermediate stacking part 300C, and a full load sensing flag 600 to sense that sheets are fully stacked on the sheet stacking part 325, wherein the full load sensing flag 600 has its rotational center 601 over the sheet exhaust hole by the exhaust roller couple 330 and can be rotated by a driving means round the center 601, and when sheet is carried in to the second intermediate stacking part 300C, the undersurface 701 of the flag 600 turns to the position for functioning as an upper guide to guide the oversurface of the sheet carried in to the second intermediate stacking part 300C.
